Caldera is an independent Mexican-inspired restaurant and bar in the heart of Hackney serving classic Mexican food alongside our signature dishes.
Our name is derived from the Spanish word for ’cauldron’, representing our globally influenced menu.
Our chefs curate new and familiar dishes using authentic ingredients sourced from small, like-minded suppliers – all served in a relaxed dining environment.
We enjoy our old favourites, but also enjoy exploring new things. Come on our journey with us.
